Returns & Refunds
At FoldaTank™, we want you to shop with confidence.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
You may return your FoldaTank™ within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that it:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Is clean, dry and free from damage
- Includes all original accessories and packaging (where reasonably possible)
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your FoldaTank™ arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, qualifying products may be repaired, replaced or refunded after assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that have:
- Been damaged through misuse or negligence
- Been modified or altered
- Been punctured, cut or incorrectly used
- Not been properly cleaned before return
This does not affect your rights under South African consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
