At FoldaTank™, we're committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently anywhere in South Africa.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and other factors outside our reasonable control.

We proudly use Aramex Store to Door for deliveries across South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout South Africa.
Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than our standard delivery estimate.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery dates are estimates only.
FoldaTank™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier operational delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Strikes or industrial action
- Civil unrest
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Delays affecting remote or outlying areas
Where a delay occurs, we'll do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any delivery issues.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
FoldaTank™ cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we'll gladly assist.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, take photographs of both the packaging and the product before use.
This helps us investigate the matter with the courier and resolve your claim more quickly.
